Question by Janesa: Reading online e-books?
Why is it not illegal to go to the public library and take out a book for free and read it, but you cannot read full e-books for free online (not downloading - just reading) legally?
I am from South Africa and books are much more expensive to buy here and our libraries get copies only about 2-3 months after it's release.
Is there not an "online library" where one can logg on and just read new releases in full?
